INSTAGRAM “HIRE ME” CAMPAIGN

In an effort to garner the attention of a studio I had admired when I was looking for my first job post graduation in 2015, I created an Instagram campaign. Having applied to many places where your resume gets lost in someone’s email, I thought I use my visual skills to take a more guerilla approach. I created 12 mini infographics and illustrations that were intended to show the studio more about me and my style. Knowing that this studio was very active on instagram, especially with mini infographics, I molded what I wanted to communicate into a form that I knew they appreciated. I spread the word to all my friends to garner as much response as I could. After a full day of posts and mentions, the company contacted me and offered me a freelance position that evening.
